Burn Right Products, LLC.
Affiliate Agreement:

1. Enrollment:  Entering information is the first step of the affiliate application.  Burn Right Products, LLC retains the right to accept or reject the application for reasons disclosed to Burn Right Products, LLC.
2. Links:  Upon submission, a link will be created with a unique affiliate code, follow the instructions given at the time of your application.  If the link is not set up correctly then no commission will be given as we will not be able to track the information.
3. Tracking: Affiliate members will have the ability to log into their affiliate account to see their accumulated commission.  A confirmation email will be sent to each affiliate every time their link generates a sale.
4. Referral Fees: A commission of 10% will be given per affiliate order.  Commission is not paid on shipping or sales tax.
5. Payment Terms:  All affiliates will be paid by the 10th of each month via Pay Pal.
6. License: The affiliate has a non-exclusive revocable right to use certain graphic images and text off of www.burnrightproducts.com.   The affiliate does not have the right to modify any graphic or test in any way.  Affiliate must remove all graphic images and text from their web site within 15 days of the end of this agreement.
7. Terms of Agreement: This partnership can expire at anytime by either party.
8. Limitations and Disclaimers: Burnrightproducts.com or Burn Right Products, LLC is not liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages.  In any event, the limit of liability is the amount of referral fees paid or payable under this agreement.
